Payments

• If you need an invoice, you must request one by emailing events@cifanet.org. Invoices may take up to 72 hours to receive.

• Payment must be made in advance for planning purposes.

• CIFA reserves the right to charge an additional fee of $50 for any payment received after the event.

Transfers, Cancellations, Refunds

• If the event is cancelled, registration will be fully refunded. 

• Registrations may be transferred at no cost. Transfers must be completed by Friday, March 29, 2024. Please email names, along with meal selection (chicken or ravioli), dietary restrictions and accessibility issues, to events@cifanet.org.

• Registrations cancelled by March 15, 2024, will be refunded to the original form of payment minus a $25 cancellation fee. 

• Registrations cancelled after March 15, 2024, will be refunded on a case-by-case basis.
